Katie Hentges has served as the Executive Director of the Bondurant Chamber of Commerce since July 2025. With over 18 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Katie has built a career around leadership, strategic growth, and community engagement. Her professional expertise includes team management, infrastructure development, event planning, marketing, and cultivating meaningful partnerships that drive impact.

Katie holds a degree in Public Administration from Upper Iowa University. A Des Moines native and graduate of North High School, she recently returned to her roots by purchasing her childhood home, where she lives with her husband, two sons, and their beloved dogs, cats, fish and turtle. Outside of work, Katie enjoys reading, spending time with family, and cuddling with her pets.
